How does Coronavirus affect my order?

Due to the Coronavirus our couriers may not collect every day and some of our makeries are not running at full capacity. So while we will make every effort to get orders out to you as quickly as possible, a few things may take a bit longer than usual.

In accordance with government guidelines, our couriers will not require you to physically sign for goods. If any goods are damaged, please ask the delivery driver to mark your order accordingly and then get in touch with us.

How much does delivery cost?

Standard orders

Delivery is calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and the total weight of your order. Across the UK mainland, delivery costs £7 for all orders up to 25kg in weight and an additional 40p per kg after that.

In the Scottish Highlands, delivery costs £16 for all orders up to 25kg in weight and an additional 70p per kg after that.

Retail orders

Delivery is free on all orders placed by registered retailers within mainland UK with a basket total of £75 (including VAT) or over. This is the minimum basket total needed to qualify for retail pricing and free delivery. Orders under this amount will be charged at standard rates.

How long will delivery take?

Orders placed before 11:00am will usually be dispatched on the same day and, if sent by courier, should arrive by the next working day. Some smaller orders may be sent by the postal service and these can take longer to arrive.

Orders placed after this time will usually be processed on the following working day. Please check our Customer Service page for more details.

We will always endeavour to get your order to you as soon possible, however due to the restrictions Coronavirus places on all of us, there may be circumstances where stock and delivery take longer to arrange.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all debit and credit cards and may arrange bank transfers or invoiced payments on request.
